John Foster Named Super Lawyer 2019

FCLC Group attorney John Foster is named Super Lawyer 2019. This is his eighth consecutive year receiving the honor. John’s recognition comes after he demonstrated excellence in the practice of law.

The selection process is rigorous and results in third-party validation of John’s professional accomplishments. Being named Super Lawyer is limited to no more than 5 percent of attorneys within his state.

John has more than 37 years of experience and his practice now focuses exclusively on the resolution of complex divorce and family law cases. He has handled numerous marital and family law cases through mediations, trials and appeals dealing with issues such as dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities, alimony, parenting issues, timesharing or custody issues, child support, paternity, the enforceability of prenuptial agreements and other family law or marital issues, including the representation of business entities named as parties in marital dissolution actions. He has also handled numerous marital and family law cases to resolution through the Collaborative Process.

John, a father of four, one of whom is in Heaven, and a grandfather to five, lives in Orlando, Florida. When he isn’t helping clients, John is helping those fighting substance abuse find recovery. He is one of the partners of the Mind, Body and Soul Recovery, which owns and operates sober-living homes in Orlando. John is also very actively involved in the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association.

John is an avid surfer, who enjoys surfing in Costa Rica.
